Welcome to Ruby Room

Ruby and Crystal = ages: 2 - 4 years

Ruby/Crystal is the room shared by the over 2s until 4 years. In this room children have access to resources which are the children’s level. Children continue to learn to be confident and independent as they can choose their own play. The children have access to a computer. They are taught and prepared ready for school. Children here learn their numbers; alphabet sounds and begins to write; this is achieved through play and child friendly atmosphere. The children here are observed, assessed, and planned for. We continue to work with parents to achieve a holistic development of the children in our care.
